Portland International can deliver a full range of assessment services, from a simple personality assessment, giving an indication of team roles, management and sales styles to a fully integrated assessment centre which will be designed to assess potential ‘real life’ performance in the role with specific work related exercises.

We are not tied as an organisation to any one test provider which means that we can offer a best of breed approach to the selection of the most relevant tools for each situation. In both the design and delivery of all psychometric services we are governed by British Psychological Society best practice and assessment guidelines. For other assessment tools we follow the training and guidance stipulated by the test provider. Feedback on tests is always delivered by a suitably trained and experienced consultant or psychometrician.
