Performance Coaching

 

Our performance coaching programmes are designed to meet the needs of both corporate and individual clients for enhanced personal and business performance in an ever more demanding and fast-changing business environment. In essence, we have two clients in the design and delivery of a performance coaching programme, the corporate sponsor and the individual client and whilst confidentiality with the individual is never compromised, we aim to achieve 'win-win solutions' where both benefit.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Many organisations use competencies to manage the performance of their key people. Portland International can develop frameworks or use existing ones to underpin the assessment, development and coaching of your high potential team members, often supported by 360 degree assessment and other feedback methods.

 

We have a large team of experienced coaches who have been selected for their understanding of business, organisational development and change psychology, in addition to their specific coach training accreditation. Where it is considered important for a coach to have specific understanding of an industry or discipline in particular, we can generally select someone to suit. In most cases, individuals will be given a choice of 2-3 coaches so that they can select the coach with whom the 'chemistry' works best.
