Thank you for visiting our new website!

After 20 years in business helping organisational and individual clients manage change and development, we thought it was a good time to apply some of our own wisdom to ourselves!

We decided to focus on those areas we felt we could really be great at for the next couple of decades, where we could make an impact in the business and commercial world and where the payback might be not just for ourselves but for the communities we exist within.

To really work out how we can make a difference through the work that we do.

We thought about what really makes us tick and makes us want to get out of bed and go through the hassle (well only sometimes!) of promoting and marketing ourselves to our clients and potential clients in such an increasingly complex and often frustrating and competitive business environment.

As a result we decided to demystify and simplify our mission to what you can now read on this website as ‘FMCG’:  We want to have fun (enjoy our work with you), make some money (for you and us), create positive change (in organisational and individual lives) and do some good (by putting something back). 

No more HR jargon (though we can speak it if you really like) and no more pretence.  We are not a huge company.  We have huge combined expertise and can draw on a very wide range of resources to get the job done.  But after 20 years in the business, the drive is less for building an empire but building something which is special and different and makes people want to work with us and for us and leaves some positive legacy and genuinely helps people.

We really want to apply our values in practice and stand out through the quality of our work and our relationships and the ability of our clients to trust us to deliver of our absolute best.  To work in partnership with us to develop solutions which will be believable, will work and are possible to implement on time and within budget.  Has this sometimes felt too much to ask?

And we want to deliver these solutions with 'CARE':  Creativity, focus on Action and Results, and all the time with the determination to achieve real Excellence in terms of performance and development.

We would welcome feedback of any kind on our new site and any ideas on how we can improve it or our message to our customers and potential customers.  Do feel free to pick up the phone to us.  We are, as I hope this letter communicates – very human!
